Step #1 – The Feasibility Study…Our first task was to create a feasibility study which gave them their best options of what to build and how the cash flow will work.
Step #2 – The Planning Strategy…Then we worked with the architect to design plans that contain the best features that the market desires while reducing costs by using strategic building techniques.
Step #3 – The Marketing and Sales Strategy…Mastercraft designed and built a suite of marketing products from financial charts, calculators, brochures, folders, websites, videos and presentations. All these were crucial to educate the land owners and sell the project to an investor at favorable terms.
Step #4 – The Development Process…Next we coordinated with the civil engineers and municipal decision makers to design plans for all the roads, services and water run off systems. We then supervised all the contractors to build the project.
Step #5 – The Construction Process…Finally, we managed the construction of 103 townhomes. This is one of Victoria’s largest residential projects underway. We used many systems and software platforms to control everything from cash flow, bids from subcontractors and suppliers, construction tracking and employee tracking systems to find the best talent and materials for the project.
